Dan earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from Rutgers Law School in 2022, where he actively participated in The Community and Transactional Lawyering Clinic.
He served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Valter H. Must, J.S.C., in the civil part of Ocean County Superior Court, New Jersey. In this role, he conducted extensive legal research, prepared memoranda, and provided invaluable insights on various civil cases, including personal injury and insurance contract disputes. Dan also served as a mediator and participated in the Ocean County Oral Argument Program.
Additionally, Dan gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern at The Grossman Law Firm, specializing in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury cases and at the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office in New Jersey, as a legal assistant.
Prior to this, he pursued his first year of legal studies at Vermont Law School, where he served as the Attorney General of Alpha Phi Delta’s Mock Trial Team, honing his advocacy skills.
Before starting law school, Dan graduated from Stockton University in 2019 with a B.A. in Criminal Justice. During his time at Stockton, he showcased his leadership skills as the Vice President of the Mock Trial Team while also balancing his commitment as a participant in Stockton’s Track and Field NCAA Team.
Beyond his legal career, Dan has a passion for giving back to the community, volunteering for organizations like the Best Day Foundation and participating in beach sweeps. In his free time, he enjoys surfing, running, and fishing.
