Vincent A. Henry was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts and grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Henry currently resides in Bloomfield, New Jersey.
Mr. Henry attended Philadelphia’s historic, and highly regarded, Central High School for Boys, graduating with honors. Mr. Henry is a Rice University (B.A. Managerial Studies), Syracuse University College of Law (Juris Doctorate), and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s Lally School of Management and Technology (MBA). Mr. Henry also attended Princeton Theological Seminary where he obtained a Certificate in Youth and Theology.
Mr. Henry is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York, Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia, and the Northern District of New York. Mr. Henry is former New York State Assistant Attorney General (Claims Bureau | Tort Unit), has served as Staff Counsel at the Travelers Property Casualty Co., and as an attorney in private practice.
During his career, Mr. Henry has held a variety of positions in both the private and public sectors (i.e., legal, financial services, and real estate) where he obtained practical experience in a wide variety of disciplines. His principal legal experience has been as a civil and criminal litigator. He possesses broad-based legal knowledge with experience in managing multi-million-dollar liability claims, investigations, and litigations along with management skills including “hands on” experience in managing and operating commercial real estate assets. Mr. Henry has extensive first chair trial experience and has obtained numerous favorable trial verdicts and settlements, at all levels, for his clients.
