Yanai Siegel, Counsel to Shafer Partners since 2011, has over 25 years experience as Corporate Counsel and senior management for a regional major home appliance buying, warehousing and distribution cooperative.
Yanai’s experience in business law includes negotiating numerous joint venture and other operational relationship agreements between clients and other regional or national organizations, and negotiating large multi-party transactional contracts.
