Garret has over 25 years of experience conducting both Civil and Criminal Trials. Throughout his law career, Garret has extensive experience in Insurance Defense, Medical Malpractice Defense and Criminal Defense. His cases have been reported in the State Reporter and are often cited in Court Decisions. Garret has also successfully argued Appeals before the Appellate Division, 2nd Department.
Garret is a Veteran of the United States Navy. Upon being Honorably Discharged, after he was injured during Wartime/National Emergency, Garret completed his undergraduate studies and thereafter graduated from Touro Law School, where he attended the evening division while working full-time in the construction field and as a licensed security guard. He has been fortunate to be able to utilize his legal experience, coupled with his practical experience, in successfully defending clients in both Civil and Criminal matters.
