Yanai Siegel, Counsel to Shafer Partners since 2011, has over 25 years experience as Corporate Counsel and senior management for a regional major home appliance buying, warehousing and distribution cooperative.
Yanai’s experience in business law includes negotiating numerous joint venture and other operational relationship agreements between clients and other regional or national organizations, and negotiating large multi-party transactional contracts. He also advised his clients on corporate governance matters, and managed commercial litigation as needed. His work in commercial real estate law includes purchasing land, construction agreement negotiation, construction financing, serving as owner’s representative during construction and office fit out, and leasing large distribution warehouse facilities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
