Thomas J. Bracken is Counsel with the firm and is part of the Insurance Coverage, General Liability and Defense departments. In his 30 years of experience, he has counseled numerous domestic and international insurance companies on complex insurance matters and has successfully litigated defense and coverage issues both at the trial and appellate levels. He attended Boston College where he received his B.A. in both History and English. He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey as well as the federal courts.
